The program is designed specifically to support early career stage pediatric researchers from ALL SPR regions. The goal of this program is to help you succeed as a pediatric investigator through small-group, topic-focused discussions.

Cohort Format

  • Kick-off at PAS 2025
  • Monthly 1-hour video calls for 7 months, with the first one in June 2025.
  • Facilitated group discussions will follow one of three formats:
  1. Work in-progress presentations by group members
  2. Feedback & trouble-shooting discussions
  3. Collaborative group mentoring

Cohort Member Commitment & Eligibility 

  • Attend all cohort meetings, unless special circumstances arise
  • Early career investigator near the end of fellowship training or in first year of a faculty position
  • Active in research in Cohort topic area
