The program is designed specifically to support early career stage pediatric researchers from ALL SPR regions. The goal of this program is to help you succeed as a pediatric investigator by building a collaborative research network.

Cohort Format
- Kick-off at PAS 2023
- Monthly 1-hour video calls for 6 months, with the first one in July 2023.
- Potential additional session(s) to be scheduled to present scientific talks to SPR & MSPR Joint Council with special guests from the American Pediatric Association (APS), Association of Medical School Pediatric Department Chairs (AMSPDC) or other leadership groups.
- Sponsor-led Cohort calls will follow one of three formats:
- Work in-progress presentations by group members
- Feedback & trouble-shooting discussions
- Collaborative group mentoring
Cohort Member Commitment & Eligibility
- Attend all cohort meetings, unless special circumstances arise
- Early career investigator near the end of fellowship training or within first 5 years of a faculty position
- Active in research in Cohort topic area
