The program is designed specifically to support early career stage pediatric researchers from ALL SPR regions. The goal of this program is to help you succeed as a pediatric investigator through small-group, topic-focused discussions.

Cohort Format
- Kick-off at PAS 2025
- Monthly 1-hour video calls for 7 months, with the first one in June 2025.
- Facilitated group discussions will follow one of three formats:
- Work in-progress presentations by group members
- Feedback & trouble-shooting discussions
- Collaborative group mentoring
Cohort Member Commitment & Eligibility
- Attend all cohort meetings, unless special circumstances arise
- Early career investigator near the end of fellowship training or in first year of a faculty position
- Active in research in Cohort topic area
